How do you make your Learning Management System (LMS) the best it can be? For answers and solutions, join us for an interactive online forum. We will have facilitated discussions with experienced LMS managers of various platforms. Whether you are a novice or an expert, and whether you are choosing a new LMS or improving an existing system, you can find the honest and specific advice you need to create an LMS that shines!


Kristin Gebhart is the Instructional Design Manager at Burkhart Dental Supply. She has a decade of experience in the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems in both Higher Education and the private sector.

Kerri Nussbaum is an Instructional Designer with CPLP accreditation. She has worked with various LMS systems, most recently at New Relic.

Steven Brooks is a Senior Instructional Designer at NWEA. While serving on the board as the Director of Member Services, he has facilitated many meetings that leverage the shared wisdom of the Chapter's members.

Recertification Credits

CPLP (estimated 1 hour)
CPLPs earn one recertification point/credit for each physical hour of continuing education within one’s current role/job or involving a new experience or content.
