Monthly Chapter Meeting - Growing the Growth Mindset

Can simple curiosity (a “growth mindset”) cure the problems your organization faces? If that question sparks your curiosity, then you should join our discussion at the May Chapter meeting. 

We are going to explore how to drive a growth mindset in your organization. You’ve probably the buzzword among leadership experts and the benefits to people’s motivation and resiliency. But what does a growth-mindset culture look like in practice and how can you foster those benefits?

In keeping with the theme, we will have a series of break-out discussions for you to join cafeteria-style. Each discussion group will begin with a short summary about an aspect of creating a growth mindset. Facilitators will then lead us through a discussion of how those principles apply to our work as Learning and Development experts. Don’t miss it!

• Program begins at 5:15 pm.
• Our Chapter Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with talent development colleagues from across the area as well as to learn something new as each meeting focuses on a different topic related to our profession. Meetings take place the place the third Monday of each month (except December) and are open to members and non-members alike.
