According to ATD, the overall spending on employee training in the US is $165 billion and the average employee receives 30.3 hours of learning per year. The average cost to train each employee is $1,195. From this, we can conclude that training and development are imperative to many organizations, but what is the real cost? How do we truly know if we are getting the most “bang for our buck” and if these initiatives and programs are really having an impact within the organization? Understanding how to measure the impact of learning programs can be greatly influence how organizations develop and structure training. This presentation will equip you with tools needed to measure learning effectiveness.

In the presentation, participants will:

  • Learn the five levels of Evaluation
  • Identify the Phillip's ROI Institute's Methodology process
  • Understand the benefits and advantages of measuring the impact of programs and training
  • Identify companies who have successfully implemented the ROI Methodology in their organization.
