The world has changed. The Great Resignation is real and the data is stunning. Certain realities such as a flat labor market, discontent in the workplace, and shifting priorities are creating a perfect storm for a mass exodus of employees from their current jobs.

At the same time, there has been a massive shift in how we deliver and invest in workplace learning. The new State of the Industry report from ATD explores the latest data, with insights to help us look ahead and understand what changes are here to stay.

Please join us for an interactive session where we will share our experiences, struggles, and insights for navigating contemporary issues in talent development.

During our time together, you will have an opportunity to:

• Recognize and embrace shifting social and economic realities

• Anticipate, and take into account the changes that are emerging externally

• Consider how to shape our responses to best serve our organization, our customers, and our employees
