She also teaches graduate level courses in the Sanford College of Education at National University. She holds two graduate degrees in Training and Development, a DEI certification, and has over 30 years of experience in the talent development and learning design fields. | 
Marla Turner, M.A. marla@litconsultinginc.com Marla Turner, principal owner of LiT Consulting, Inc., has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2014 and has helped more than 1,000 people embrace and leverage their unique talents through CliftonStrengths®. She has more than 25 years of experience in learning and development and has created and facilitated a wide variety of courses, from leadership development to teambuilding to technical skills. Marla has an M.A. in English literature and has taught writing and literature at the university level. |

He has built a diverse career encompassing teaching, instructional design, and people leadership. He brings over 15 years of specialized expertise in instructional design, having worked in both independent ID firms and internal corporate teams. Currently, Chris serves as a Sr. Learning Delivery Partner at Ascension Health, where he delivers leadership development to leaders across a multi-state national footprint. |
