She also teaches graduate level courses in the Sanford College of Education at National University. She holds two graduate degrees in Training and Development, a DEI certification, and has over 30 years of experience in the talent development and learning design fields. | 
Marla Turner, M.A. marla@litconsultinginc.com Marla Turner, principal owner of LiT Consulting, Inc., has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2014 and has helped more than 1,000 people embrace and leverage their unique talents through CliftonStrengths®. She has more than 25 years of experience in learning and development and has created and facilitated a wide variety of courses, from leadership development to teambuilding to technical skills. Marla has an M.A. in English literature and has taught writing and literature at the university level. |
