Coaching for Connection with Jennifer Greenberg, MBA, ACC

This workshop will explore peer coaching skills from a lens of belonging and connection. Participants will gain an understanding of peer coaching’s impact in the workplace.

We will engage in activities that reinforce the building blocks of emotional intelligence, inquiry, and trust. This workshop will also include an introduction to the coaching process.

“Peer coaching is about cultivating a network of allies that can provide mutual support in creating positive change to improve performance. Employees gain feelings of connection, trust increases, and individuals develop insights into their own problems through helping others.”- How Peer Coaching Can Make Work Less Lonely; Harvard Business Review, October 2018

Join us Friday, December, 1, 2023 from 9am - 11:00am via Zoom.

This workshop is limited to 35 Participants.
