It’s a new decade and an increasingly different landscape for leaders. Are we equipping them with the skills to tackle modern challenges like remote workers, cultural sensitivity, changing technology, and more?

In our next Chapter Meeting, a panel of experts will share insights into the latest trends in leadership development. We will explore what new skills leaders need, from emotional intelligence to digital acumen, as well as ways we can help them develop those skills.

Join us to learn and discuss what’s on the horizon of leadership development!

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Discover trends in leadership development
  • Strategize new directions for your leadership development programs
  • Stay ahead of emerging challenges to your organization
