Trainer’s Breakfast Club – Experiential Learning

Experiential learning for training and development!

Intended Audience

Anyone interested in a new perspective on experiential training and how to apply it to the workplace.

Most people link the concept of Experiential Learning activities to hanging in trees, crawling over logs, tackling a challenge or ropes course. Experiential learning is a concept that can change the way we think about training design in our never-ending effort to find ways for our participants to anchor concepts.

This interactive session will explore:

  • Concept of Experiential Learning
  • Ways to incorporate Experiential Learning
  • Benefits of Experiential Learning and why it works
  • Demonstration of activities that can be brought into the workplace
  • Information on local resources
  • How to support and continue the momentum after the learning event

Come in comfortable clothes. We’ll be moving around!

Click here for a one page color flyer.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Develop activities that they can use at work to foster collaboration
  • Explain a new perspective about using experiential learning in the workplace
