Lessons Learned:
Managing a Project with a Remote Team of Volunteers

Review what worked, and what didn’t work, while managing a remote team of volunteers on a project to convert a face to face ethics training to an eLearning module. The speaker will review applications used to manage the project and work asynchronously. Come with your tips and tricks to share.

Speaker

Margaret Hiatt has just completed a graduate certificate from Boise State in Workplace E-Learning and Performance Support, her second certificate. She has been a trainer and manager of a training department at a software firm for over 8 years and is currently looking for freelance or full-time work as an instructional designer.
