Dan Bilderback has been the Talent Development Manager at SELCO Community Credit Union since 2006. He became a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) in 2011 and earned the Master Performance Consultant designation in 2016. He specializes in learning and curriculum design, as well as Human Performance Improvement (HPI). Dan is also a professional musician in the Eugene/ Springfield area.
