  • Identify systems to prevent internal and external focus disruption
  • Learn exercises to control attention

Our Guest:

Anne Parmeter is an Instructional Designer and adult educator based in Portland, Oregon. She has been lecturing at universities and developing learning experiences for corporate audiences since 2003. With a master's degree in Applied Linguistics, she has focused specifically on getting everyone on the same page with as few words and as much fun as possible. Anne would love to draw you a venn diagram to describe how her propensity to host parties shares almost all of the same skills needed to be a great workshop facilitator.
