ATD Cascadia and ODN Oregon are partnering to host an in-person evening designed around two shared focus areas: connecting our communities and learning from TD and OD professionals.
This collaborative event brings together members from both chapters for intentional connection and a panel interview featuring ATD Cascadia and ODN Oregon members, focused on industry trends impacting talent, learning, and organization effectiveness.
This is a chance to connect across disciplines, hear directly from peers doing the work, and explore what’s emerging in Oregon together.

Patrick Cahill

His work focuses on team effectiveness, change leadership, and human-centered facilitation—supporting people through complex transitions including agile transformations, technology adoption, and cultural change. He brings a practical, grounded approach that helps teams work together with clarity, trust, and momentum.

Janet leads OD efforts tied to Intel’s most significant strategies and transformations, including the development of Intel Foundry. She partners with senior executives to build strong leadership teams and high-performing organizations while leading teams of OD and change practitioners.
