1. Overview of Intercultural Development Continuum and IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory)Tool
2. Discussion activity using critical incidents in the workplace, focusing on cross-cultural communication
3. Discussion of benefits of developing intercultural competence for creating more inclusive work cultures for more successful collaboration and communication with employees and clients, both interculturally and interpersonally
