Feedback is more than something to be dreaded or rushed. Feedback delivered and received well is a combination of skills and relationship-building practices that fuel growth, trust, and leadership. In this interactive virtual session, participants will explore how feedback can become a powerful tool for connection and development when approached with intention, emotional intelligence, and mutual purpose.


Learning Outcomes:

1. Define and normalize giving and receiving feedback - what feedback is and isn’t.

2. Recognize relationship dynamics and factors that get in the way of effective feedback conversations.

3. Explore how vulnerability, emotional intelligence, relational repair, preparation, and mutual purpose are core components of engaged feedback.

4. Apply engaged feedback strategies and identify an area of growth or skill to take forward and practice

This workshop is limited to 35 Participants. Early bird rates to May 6th.

Special Instructions:

This will be an interactive virtual session that includes both large-group and small-group discussions. Participants will be asked to have their cameras on, participate in activities, and respect the confidentiality of other participants. Having a personal device, an inclusive mindset, and a private, distraction-free space is encouraged!


Facilitator Info:

Angela Lehr, Ed.D., BCC, LPC

Dr. Angela Lehr is a leadership facilitator, transformational coach, consultant, adult educator, entrepreneur, and licensed clinical counselor supervisor in Oregon (LPC) and Montana (LCPC). She works with individuals, organizations, schools, and communities to cultivate resilience, promote holistic well-being, and center humanistic and mindful leadership as a vital pathway to navigating uncertainty and changing societal norms. She blends humor, heart, and practicality in her work with others. Her personal and professional guiding values are connection and authenticity, weaving together wholehearted leadership, relational generosity, and reflective awareness.
