ChIPs - Chapter Incentive Program – revenue sharing program for chapters who promote ATD products and services.

Section 127 - Employer-provided educational assistance. Section 127 of the IRS Code allows employers to provide up to $5250 tax-free (non-job related) educational assistance for under-graduate and graduate courses.

WIOA - Workforce Investment Act of 1998 - Reauthorization of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) was the passage of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in summer 2015. WIOA established the framework for federal job training, career services, and workforce development programs that are managed by the U.S. Department of Labor and carried out by state and local Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) and associated OneStop Career Centers and other employment service functions.
