About Diane Gilmore
Diane Gilmore is the Training Manager for ANN SACKS, a luxury tile and stone company with more than 35 showrooms and dealers across the US, Canada and the UK. Diane joined ANN SACKS in June of 2012 and has been developing training content and delivering training in a variety of modalities since that time.
Diane holds a degree in Social Science and Elementary Education from Seattle Pacific University. Diane’s career began in elementary education, but shortly after moving back to her native Oregon, she quickly transitioned to the corporate training world. Her areas of training expertise include, instructional design, sales leadership, customer service, facilitation skills, recruiting and event planning, all in a wide variety of industries.
Diane’s first involvement with ATD Cascadia was in approximately 2004 as the Director of Training for a large franchise company based in Portland, Oregon. When she returned to the talent development, after a short time in sales management, both a national ATD and ATD Cascadia membership were a high priority and have both been invaluable ever since.
Like so many others, in 2013 Diane answered the call to volunteer for ATD Cascadia. Initially as a member of the Learning Events Committee, but after attending her first ATD Cascadia Conference in 2014, she then transitioned to Chairperson of the Conference Committee.
